NSF2PST SUITE ENABLES TRANSITION TO EXCHANGE SAAS
Customer Self-Migration from IBM Lotus Notes and Domino to Hosted Microsoft Exchange
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA, February 10, 2010 – Global System Services Corporation (“GSS”), a leading messaging and collaboration systems integrator and migration tools software vendor, today announced NSF2PST Suite, a complete customer self-migration solution for enterprises and businesses moving from on-premise IBM Lotus Notes and Domino to hosted Microsoft Exchange.
In the past, adoption of Software as a Service (SaaS) messaging and collaboration has been held back by the challenges of migration. NSF2PST Suite is a customer-driven solution that can be used by IT customers or packaged by service providers to enable customer self-migration.
Economies of scale that benefit service provides and the obsolescence of on-premise messaging and collaboration solutions for small and medium sized businesses are driving migration of IT customers to lower-cost SaaS. Microsoft's Hosted Messaging and Collaboration (HMC) platform with Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2010 is leading the transition from legacy on-premise solutions to SaaS.
Enterprise and academic IT customers, as well as computer forensics and e-discovery firms, have successfully used NSF2PST in the past for large-scale enterprise migrations and electronic discovery. Now hosted Microsoft Exchange service providers are successfully deploying NSF2PST Suite as a part of their customer self-migration solutions.

NSF2PST Suite includes tools to extract and convert email, directory, personal address book, and calendar information from IBM Lotus Notes and Domino and to produce Microsoft Outlook Personal Store (PST) files that can be used on workstations or imported into a Microsoft Exchange server. NSF2PST Suite supports migrations of all sizes from small and medium sized businesses to complex co-existence scenarios with thousands of users.
NSF2PST Suite includes high-fidelity conversion of email messages, folders and attachments along with optional email address translation and sophisticated filters such as date, folder and view filters. NSF2PST handles native Lotus Notes email encryption to migrate encrypted data. NSF2PST Wizard, an easy-to-use graphical user interface for email conversion, is also included.
NSF2PST Suite supports Personal Address Book migration, including both locally stored Lotus Notes contacts and Lotus iNotes and Domino Web Access (DWA) contacts stored on Domino servers. NSF2PST Suite provides flexible, server-to-server directory migration and helps to keep Microsoft Active Directory and Domino Directory in sync by tracking new and modified directory entries.
NSF2PST Suite includes powerful command line interface (CLI) utilities designed for scripting and automation and can operate either in an online mode over a network or offline mode where Notes Store Files (NSF) are accessed directly. NSF2PST Suite's CLI tools and scripting capabilities provide the fastest conversion of any product. NSF2PST Suite is the only product that enables enterprises and hosted Microsoft Exchange service providers to create highly automated migration processes on a large scale.
