USERS OF GSS SOFTWARE (THE USER) SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING ANY GSS SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
DOWNLOAD OR USE OF GSS SOFTWARE INDICATES ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. BY CLICKING ON THE "ACCEPT" BUTTON TO INITIATE A SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD OR BY OPENING THE PACKAGE CONTAINING GSS SOFTWARE YOU CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, CLICK THE "DISAGREE" BUTTON OR RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR A REFUND.
COPYRIGHT
GSS software and documentation are owned by and are the intellectual property of GSS and are protected by the copyright laws and international treaty provisions of the United States of America. The User may not duplicate GSS software or its documentation for any purposes other than those uses specifically set forth in this Agreement.
Any attempt to alter, reverse engineer, disassemble, or modify any portion of GSS software is a violation of this Agreement. Under no circumstances may the User of GSS software alter, reverse engineer, disassemble, or modify any portion of GSS software for any reason or give anyone else permission to alter, reverse engineer, disassemble, or modify any portion of GSS software.
LIMITED 21-DAY EVALUATION PERIOD
GSS software is not free software. The User is hereby granted a non-exclusive licensed to use GSS software on a single computer for evaluation purposes only without charge for a period of 21 days.
If GSS software is used after the 21 day evaluation period or if GSS software is used on more than one computer for any reason a license fee is required. To purchase GSS software contact GSS.

Unregistered use of GSS software or after the 21-day evaluation period or use of unregistered GSS software on more than one computer for any reason is a violation of this Agreement and of U.S. and international copyright laws.
REGISTERED VERSIONS
One registered copy of GSS software may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one computer, or installed on a single computer used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
Registered versions of GSS software may be accessed through a network, provided that individual licenses have been obtained for the software covering all computers that will access the software through the network.
DISTRIBUTION
Exclusively for the purpose of distributing evaluation versions of GSS software, the User is hereby granted license to make copies of evaluation versions, but not of registered versions, of GSS software and electronic documentation and to distribute evaluation versions of GSS software and electronic documentation in their unmodified form via electronic means (see the COPYRIGHT provision of this Agreement).
The User is prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made, and from distributing GSS software or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without the prior written permission of GSS.
LIMITED WARRANTY
This software is warranted to perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation under most reasonable operating conditions. NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED IS MADE.
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. GSS DOES NOT WARRANT THE FITNESS OF THIS SOFTWARE FOR A PARTICULAR USE, THAT THIS SOFTWARE IS FREE OF DEFECTS, THAT IT WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT ERROR, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF GSS SOFTWARE IS BORNE BY THE USER.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL GSS, ITS OFFICERS OR PRINCIPALS, BE LIABLE TO THE USER FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES LOST PROFITS, OR LOST BENEFITS, RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, OR FROM THE INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BREACH OF WARRANTY. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
In states that do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, this limitation does not apply.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by California law excepting the conflict of law provisions of this Agreement.
COMPLETE AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the complete Agreement between GSS and the User. The acceptance of any purchase order for GSS software placed by the User is conditional upon the acceptance of all the terms set forth in this Agreement.
